Perhaps the most popular technique of protecting your energy is visualizing yourself surrounded by a white light of protection bubble. For years, this has been spiritual seekers’ go-to practice against all sorts of negative energy.  

 Although the white light bubble is a powerful energy shield indeed, it’s not a one-size-fits-all shield.
