Over the past decade, I’ve been fascinated—and transformed—by these sacred places. From the Glastonbury Tor and Chalice Well to the ancient Greek temples and oracles, these sites hum with potent energies that can activate hidden layers of our soul. 

What Are Portals of Power? 

Portals of Power are energetically-charged places where the veil between worlds grows thin, and spiritual energies flow more intensely. Think of them as cosmic Wi-Fi hotspots where Divine energy pours in, amplifying your connection to your soul and the Universe. 

Each portal has a unique frequency—a distinct “signature”—that interacts with your energy field. Stepping into these spaces can trigger energetic downloads, epiphanies, and healing. (I wrote about accessing Portals of Power in my book Lightworkers Gotta Work) 

My Journey With Avalon’s Portals 

Nestled in the rolling hills of Somerset, England, lies Glastonbury—a small town with a mighty spirit. Steeped in legend and mystery, it’s a place where history, myth, and spiritual energy intertwine. For many, Glastonbury is more than just a town; it’s Avalon—a sacred land that calls seekers from all over the world to experience its unique magic. 

The Glastonbury Tor holds a special place in my heart. Energetically, it’s a powerful portal of balanced masculine and feminine energy. It’s one of three places in Glastonbury where the Michael and Mary ley lines intersect—representing the Divine Masculine and Divine Feminine. 

I’ve been meditating at the Tor since my first visit in 2013. Some of my biggest spiritual breakthroughs have happened there. In particular, after meditating there in 2016, I was guided to quit my corporate job, move back to Cyprus, and go self-employed with my spiritual business. I followed through, and here I am almost ten years later, with five bestselling books under my belt and a successful spiritual business. 

Just this past weekend, I returned after eight years away. As I sat in meditation on the Tor, I felt all my fears and self-doubts dissolve, replaced by a deep knowing and confidence. Suddenly, what once felt impossible seemed inevitable. I was reminded not to downplay my worth or shrink to fit into spaces that no longer align. 

Accessing These Portals From Anywhere 

Here’s the beautiful part: you don’t have to physically travel to these places to access their energy. 

Energy knows no bounds. By simply visualizing yourself at the Tor, or the Chalice Well, or the Parthenon, you can attune to the frequency of that portal. Close your eyes, breathe deeply, and imagine standing there. Feel the energy flowing into you, awakening the wisdom you’re ready to receive. 

Where are you feeling called to visit—physically or energetically? Trust that calling. The places that pull at your soul do so for a reason: they hold keys for your growth and expansion. 

And remember, the greatest portal of power you’ll ever access is the one within your own heart.
