The biggest problem with spirit communication has to do with not shifting from the asking to the receiving mode.

When you ask a question you emit the energy and vibration of that question. 

The energy of the question is different from the energy of its answer.

Therefore, you can only hear the answer to your question when you shift your vibration to the energy of the answer. 

It sounds more complicated than it is, but the process I’m about to guide you through is much simpler.

I’m talking about automatic writing or psychography. This is the psychic ability of receiving messages from the spirit world in the form of intuitive writing.

The reason automatic writing is so effective is that it forces you to shift from the energy of the question to the receptive energy of the answer.
