I’ve recently got back into the habit of charging my water with crystals, and I’ve noticed a palpable shift in my creativity and energy levels.Â
Specifically, I’m currently charging my water with rose quartz (for love), carnelian (for energy) and ametrine (for energy protection and boundaries).
In the latest video of my Healing Crystals video series, I share with you my DIY recipe for creating crystal infused water, specifically, rose quartz water.Â
But, before I share that with you, let’s first consider the science and energetics behind crystal infused water…Â
I’ll start by this: water is a conductor of energy.Â
Therefore, it can easily hold, receive, and transmit energy. Being such an important component to our wellbeing, given that we’re made of 70% water, infusing our water with crystals is a powerful way to charge ourselves with certain energies and intentions.Â
This idea was popularised by Dr Masaru Emoto in his NYT bestseller The Hidden Messages in Water, in which he shared how our thoughts and consciousness can affect the molecular structure of water.Â
In a similar way that we can infuse water with our thoughts, we can also do so with crystals, plants, metals, and other substances, therefore, benefiting from their energetic medicine.
