I used to be obsessed with positive affirmations! And, when I say obsessed, I truly mean it.
It was right after I’d read Louise Hay’s You Can Heal Your Life. I was so enamoured with the possibility of changing my beliefs to change my life, that I’d taken things to the next level.
I’d memorized entire affirmation scripts from Louise Hay’s books, stuck post-its with affirmations ALL over my room, and even had an affirmations playlist play in the background while I slept.

Although I have to admit I was a bit extreme, it worked! Within a couple of years, my life had shifted for the better, and I was on a fast-track lane to healing and spiritual awakening.
