Anxiety is a learned state of being.
Here’s how this works:
If you track the emotion of anxiety within you, you’ll find that you first experienced it at some point in your past, usually in your childhood. It may have been a traumatic experience, a stressful event, or any other occurrence that overwhelmed your nervous system.
From that point onwards, you learned to associate similar experiences in life with the emotion of anxiety. Experience after experience, your anxiety became solidified as a learned emotion you go to by default when something unexpected comes up.
The good news is that whatever emotional state is learned, can also be unlearned. In my Psychic Clearing sessions, I often guide people through both energetic and cognitive practices to identify and heal the root cause of their anxiety. Healing is both energetically and cognitively creates a lasting state of peace and alignment.
