Seeing elementals spirits with your physical eyes isn’t easy to do. But, it’s definitely possible to accomplish.

Before I explain how you can do so, let’s go over some of the reasons why you’d want to see elemental spirits with your physical eyes:

1. Lack of trust. Most people want to see spirit with their physical eyes due to lack of trust that the guidance they receive from their spirit guides is real. If this is your motivation to practising this technique, let me assure you that there are far easier ways to gain trust. Your lack of trust comes from your ego, not your soul. The sooner you realise this, the sooner you’ll be able to free yourself from this limiting belief. All the trust you need that your guidance is real should come from the love and empowerment you feel when you receive it.
2. Entertainment. If your motivation to see spirit with the naked eye is pure fun and entertainment, go ahead! I mean, why not? Spirituality isn’t supposed to be serious all the time, we need to make it fun; and seeing fairies flying merrily all around a bouquet of flowers is a great way to accomplish this.
3. Deepen your connection with your guides. This is the reason I decided to teach this topic. Seeing spirit with your physical eyes gives your experience of the spirit world a new dimension, allowing you to deepen your connection with your guides and receive more specific guidance.

Process to Seeing Elemental Spirits with Your Physical Eyes

OK, now you’ve got your priorities right, let’s get on with the process.

The following process is designed to help you see Elemental Spirits with your physical eyes, although it may also help you see your angels and other spirit guides.

When I say ‘see elemental spirits with the physical eyes’, I mean this in a literal way.

When you successfully practise this technique you’ll be able to see your guardian fairies, mermaids, dragons, or sylphs with your three-dimensional vision.

Elemental or Nature spirits are categorised in the four elements of earth, water, fire, and air.

These could include:

• Earth Elementals: Flower fairies, tree dryads, wood nymphs, mountain giants, gnomes, elves, satyrs.
• Water Elementals: Mermaids, undines, water sprites, nereids, water nymphs, nyades, oceanides.
• Fire Elementals: Dragons, salamanders, genies, phoenixes.
• Air Elementals: Sylphs, Zephyrs, the Four Winds.
