We all search for it.
We strive for work-life balance. We try to balance our diet. We want our home to look balanced. We want the world’s politics to be balanced.
The question is, how do we stop searching for balance and finally start experiencing it?
The way I see it, in order to achieve any form of external balance we first need to find balance within ourselves.
We don’t need to try hard to do so, because balance is our natural state of being. All we have to do is remove the obstacles that are blocking our balance and let ourselves naturally return to it.
Easier said than done, right? ?
