I quit smoking using hypnosis.

I started smoking when I was 15 years old. I was deeply depressed at the time and struggled with anxiety and self-acceptance. Having no one to turn to for support, I turned to cigarettes for a quick fix.

As it usually happens, I started smoking thinking I could control it and quit whenever I wanted to; until I couldn’t! Long story short, I continued smoking until I was 23 years old. I reached a point when I smoked an entire package of cigarettes a day!

Luckily, that’s when I started becoming more serious about my spiritual path and connecting to my spirit guides. The guidance I received was crystal clear: quit smoking. It lowers your frequency and dampens your intuition.

I tried to quit the traditional way several times, but I couldn’t. I tried to moderate it, but I’m an all-or-nothing kind of person.

So, I decided to turn to hypnosis. Although I’d studied hypnosis and had used it for past-life regressions, I’d never thought of using it to quit smoking.

To my surprise, it only took a single, 60-minute hypnosis session to quit a 10-year cigarette addiction! Although I had relapsed a few times after that, I’d always go back to that same recording and strengthen my newfound state.

Since then, I’ve used hypnosis to heal other fears and limiting beliefs, and I’m always amazed as to how quickly it works!
