Although doing the work is complex, constant, and multi-dimensional, it needn’t be hard. Yes, it’ll likely always be uncomfortable and it’ll require you to face uncomfortable memories and emotions, but the more you do it the easier it gets.
Nowadays, having been doing the inner work for more than 15 years, I know what to expect. I know it’ll be hard at times, and I know that I may have to break down first before I can build myself up.
What makes it easier now than in the past, is that I now have a process to go about it. I know what to do and expect, so I don’t drown in it.
This week on the Lit Up Lightworker podcast I chat with Nicky Clinch, the Hay House author of Surrender: Break Free of the Past, Realize Your Power, Live Beyond Your Story.
In this interview, Nicky shares her step-by-step process of doing the inner work to heal past hurts and traumas, and step into a more empowered future. As Nicky said in the interview, the process isn’t linear. But, having the steps in mind helps us go through it with more ease.
Watch the interview to learn how to let go of the past and live beyond your story.
Specifically, in the interview you’ll learn how to:
- embrace authenticity, self-love and freedom
- break free from self-defeating patterns
- dissolve attachments to past stories
- clear obstacles preventing your growth
- develop a more fulfilling relationship with yourself
Come over here to watch the full interview and learn how to let go of past hurts.
