Have you ever experienced anxiety?
Anxiety is an such umbrella term that encompasses a series of feelings, experiences, and physiological states. But when you dig deeper into it, you’ll get a more nuanced understanding of what it really is.
Underneath your anxiety there may be fears, limiting beliefs, and even traumatic experiences. To fully heal from anxiety, you need to address all of these in a safe and effective way.
There are many ways to go about it, but my preferred way is by using IEMT – Integral Eye Movement Therapy. This is a new cognitive healing modality, during which you move your eyes to desensitize limiting beliefs and create new ones.
I first experienced IEMT last summer. I had an emotional breakdown and my usual tools and practices weren’t enough to get me out of it. So, I asked for help and booked a session with Kamran Bedi, my guest in this week’s episode.
In just three sessions using IEMT, I healed years of traumas and limiting beliefs. No kidding! I was so thrilled with the results, that I went ahead and trained in the modality, too.
I’m now an Advanced IEMT Practitioner and use this method in almost all of my private sessions. It’s by far the most effective method I’ve tried to heal anxiety, limiting beliefs, and PTSD.
In this episode, Kamran and I chat further about healing anxiety, PTSD and limiting beliefs by using eye movement therapy.
In this episode you’ll learn:
- What is anxiety and how it’s created
- How to identify the limiting beliefs behind anxiety
- Why you shouldn’t always expose yourself to traumatic memories
- What is Integral Eye Movement Therapy (IEMT) and how it can help you heal
