During this live online gathering, you’ll be guided through an ancient Greek–inspired ritual designed to help you awaken your inner light, purify your energy, and begin receiving the fruits of your efforts.

Thargelia is the ancient Greek festival of the first harvest.

It marks the moment when the Earth begins to offer back the fruits of what has been planted, nurtured, and cultivated.

Traditionally celebrated in late May, during the month of Thargelion, the festival unfolded over two days, each carrying a distinct spiritual purpose

The first day was devoted to purification. Through ritual cleansing practices, the community released miasma, or energetic pollution, restoring harmony both individually and collectively.
The second day shifted into celebration and gratitude, with offerings of the first fruits made in honour of the divine forces behind fertility, growth, and abundance.

This sacred time also marked the birth of Apollo and Artemis, whose energies of light and purity were believed to nourish the land, protect the people, and ensure a thriving harvest.

More than a seasonal celebration, Thargelia is a powerful moment of reset. A time to clear what no longer belongs, realign with truth, and step into the natural cycle of manifestation.

You’ll receive live demonstration and guidance on how to decorate an Eiresione, a sacred branch of olive or laurel adorned with wool, fruits, cakes, and olive flasks, used in ancient times to honour abundance, renewal, health, and fertility.

As a native Greek priest of this path, I’m devoted to evolving these practices in a way that speaks to our modern lives and allows for a deeper, more direct connection with the gods.

Rather than approaching this work from a purely reconstructionist perspective, I consciously bring through fresh, relevant practices that help you experience the energy of the gods in a way that is alive, embodied, and transformative.
